"Pipe dream" now a reality for Cordsiemon

Ron Cordsiemon is the new manager at the Elsberry Plant and Materials
Center.
Cordsiemon, who has been with the plant and materials center a little over
10 years in multiple stints said it means a lot for him to be named to the
position.
"It's a big deal. The manager's position was a pipe dream," he said.
Conservation was something Cordsiemon has had in his blood for a long time.
"Going into high school, I wanted to do wildlife conservation," he said.
Throughout college, Cordsiemon continued his dream, working with the
Missouri Department of Conservation.
In the late 1990s, Dallas, Tex. called for his services and Cordsiemon
